[Plugin: Rich Text Tags] multiple galleries plugin conflict

When multiple galleries plugin is active, there is some problem with media lybrary in category edit wysiwyg screen – we loosing possobility to toggle describe-toggle-on link. it’s simsed like multiple galleries changing classes names and js loosing possobility to find out through the DOM target address. I’ll cross-post it to the multiple galleries plugin page too.
