    Hi,
If you are using BuddyPress, you need to use BuddyPress First Letter Avatar. BuddyPress itself overrides default WordPress avatar system, therefore WP First Letter Avatar will not work properly on a site with BuddyPress installed (no matter how extensively you use BuddyPress).
Why don’t you go with BuddyPress First Letter Avatar?

I have set BuddyPress First Letter Avatar. it works perfectly in Byddypress. But I have to in the comments on the records WordPress of users who have installed the avatar, the avatar displays them. And if the commentator is not an avatar, then it would be raised First Letter Avatar. Now I have a situation, either in the all comments to records avatars Buddypress or all comments to records avatars First Letter.

You can do that from the admin displayed his avatar as the second screenshot, a commentator above (which has no avatar) avatar First Letter, as in the first screenshot?

    Hi,
I’m sorry, but I’m not sure what you mean. What do you mean by “records”?

BuddyPress First Letter Avatar works also in comments. If you have BuddyPress installed, you cannot use WP First Letter Avatar – it will not work properly. If you have BuddyPress activated – go with BuddyPress First Letter Avatar (it will also work on comments). If you do not have BuddyPress – use WP First Letter Avatar.

Thank you very much for your help. Today, it is updated WP First Letter Avatar (ver 2.2.6) and now shows all the avatars I would (have to put Plugin filter priority 9)
