Before I Proceed, I would really appreciate your work and am glad that i came across this plugin. Really made my work so much more simple.

Now coming to the point, If the admin could forward the use applications to a particular predefined email/ mailing list, screening, shortlisting and interviewing process can jump start. Really!
I request this feature only because of ONE reason. Which is, at times the admin does not want any one to login to the website’s backend, and an HR can really mess things up.

Overall the plugin is Just fabulous, but obviously with very less to be added.. A definite recommend. ??

Also, I couldn’t figure out a way to hide the Submission Page Form once the form is submitted and Thank You text is displayed. I think it would be a nice idea to remove the form and display the thank you text.

Thanks and I’m glad you could find this plugin useful.

To answer you first request, this could be made possible right now by just saving the pdf then sending out. If this isn’t what you had in mind, would you want it to be automatic where all you would do is click a “Send This Resume” and it would email to those that you enter?

The other request is good and I will probably add this to the next update.

I’m glad i could be of help!
Anyways, I’m not sure of where i can find “Send This Resume”.
Secondly, i want to skip the manual process of sending a resume to a particular email/ mailing list. I wish to send out an email to the email/ mailing list as soon as a submission is done, similar to how a user email is sent out. So, we’ll have two emails being automatically sent out as soon as a submission is done, instead of just one in the current scenario.

Oh the “Send This Resume” was just an example, it’s not really there.

But what I think I can do is add an option like the “send email to user”, but for extras and have it so you can modify it to send what ever you are wanting to.

But I get what you are asking now, I should be able to add this.

    Hi Again.
About the Update to the plugin, After the update, I am unable to visit the Openings page. i can see the job listings, However, individual openings with the description always leads to a 404 error.I wonder where I am going wrong.. or if there is some glitch with the update. Request you to visit amassconsultancy.com/Kailaji to experience it first hand.

You just have to re-save your permalinks settings.

It seems to be working for everyone else, I have miserably failed in all attempts to re-save permalinks and get the detailed job-applications open-up.
Hoping an update solves the issue.
Also, The Input fields can just not be customized.
Apologies for being such a critic.

    I seen your site.
Make sure that there are no other pages using the link /job-postings/
I went to amassconsultancy.com/Kailaji/job-postings/ and it is displaying something else rather than the job postings.

And on the custom fields, I’m slacking on that. You can customize them, but you would have to hack the plugin.
