    Hi,

    If you look in the page form.php in the includes folder, find the line:
    <p>' . $fname . ' ' . $lname . ' has uploaded their resume into the database.</p>

    This is the start of the content for the admin email.
    The next two lines after this are part of the content as well.

    In the next update, I will probably add this as an option.
