• Light Viewer report problem at Imagemagick

ImageMagick or GraphicsMagick PHP Extension is not loaded
Imagick or Gmagick PHP Wrapper is not supported
Imagick or Gmagick PDF Support is not enabled

I ask iPage support for help, and their reply is

?page=pdf-light-viewer of your application wants Imagick enabled for the option ImageMagick to be enabled. We have ImageMagick binaries. But it is not complied to PHP so IMAGICK won’t work. So, you will not be able to use IMAGICK as PHP built-in class. You have to use the alternative ‘convert’ utility. The path will vary depending on which ImageMagick binary. The two most common paths are:

    /usr/bin/resize
    /usr/local/bin/convert

Please contact your application vendor regarding this issue.

Am I still able to use the plugin?

    Hello @simoon,

If you have shell_exec or exec php functions enabled on your server and already have Ghostscript, then I believe we could convert without ImageMagick at all.
I’ll add this fallback to our roadmap and it will be implemented in the next versions.
