Plugin requirements for a WordPress site

  • Hi,

    Could someone please help and comment if there are any plugins available to implement the following features:

    1) Top Posters – List of users who submit the most no. of posts on the website.
    2) Latest Article contributors – List of new users who are submitting articles for posting on the website.
    3) Quote of the Week – A new quote will be put in every week and there should an option for users to comment on the quote.
