[Plugin Request]Blog weather effect

  • Hi everyone
    I just have an idea after browsing through thousands of plugins, the idea is to add weather to the blog. By posting, you can choose what weather the blog should have, snowing, raining, sunshine, or storm… etc, and compatable with all themes, so basically java or flash that rains or snows, or shines a light effect on the blog itself, adds mood, and the visitor can also turn it off if it lags too much…
    Anybody have any suggestion add to it? >_< and anyidea how to make this plugin? …
