    Hi @jacovh39,

I am sorry to hear of that but this isn’t a known issue and we haven’t heard of any similar reports so we hope that you wouldn’t mind testing for a plugin conflict on the site by temporarily deactivating all the plugins excepting NextGen Gallery, switching to a theme from the Twenty series then checking again to see if the issue persists.

i have the same bug and i cant deactivate any plugin because it causes any wp-admin loading loop, your plugin just destroy my site

    Hi @odarma, @jacovh39

In the meantime our developers have investigated the case and they have fixed it directly on the site.

The fix will be included in the upcoming NextGen Gallery update for everyone.

    Sorry for the inconveniences created,
    Imagely Team
