Plugin removes post panels

I’ve noticed when enabling the plugin, fewer panels are available to me when editing posts.
The plugin seems to at least remove the Featured Image and Post Format panels. The checkboxes to show them under the Screen Options dropdown are missing.
Anyone else having this problem and have a fix?
