Hi there,
I requested removal of this and a few other plugins that I am not longer able to maintain due to time constraints, and which had relatively few (<500) sites using them. I am also not able to keep up with support requests etc and felt it was better to remove the plugin than have people complain about it.
As regards this plugin in particular I came to the conclusion that logging requests in the database is really not something that should be encouraged, as it is inefficient and liable to slow down your whole site. It is better instead to use the access logs generated by your web server, which do not consume database resources.
If someone wants to, then they are free to fork the plugin and make it available under a new name in the plugin repository.
Cheers
