[Plugin: Relocate Upload] Works on my site (with caveat)

Alan, are you planning on updating this plugin so that it is listed as compatible with 3.0+?
I was able to get the plugin to work on my site which is WP 3.1 (an using a hefty theme = Headway), the only thing I had to do was create the directories FIRST (I used my FTP), and THEN add the paths to those directories under the Relocate-Upload settings.
