I have a CPT setup with fields defined using Simple Fields, and a Custom Taxonomy “photokeywords” to act as Tags.

I can’t get Relevanssi to match the Custom Taxonomy values. I have tried setting “Custom taxonomies to index:” to ‘photokeywords’, ‘Photo Keywords’, ‘keywords’ (permalink for the tax) and ’17’ (17 is the tag ID of one of the tags).

Is there something obvious I am doing wrong / a way of seeing which fields Relevanssi has indexed? It’s catching all the CPT fields fine, just not the Custom Taxonomy entries.

    Thanks!

Anyone got any ideas on this?

As a back up I have got it working using a text field in the CPT and comma separated values – but Custom Tax Tags would be a lot more user friendly.

    Thanks!

This is currently buggy, but an upgrade to 3.0.3 should fix it. ‘photokeywords’ is probably the correct setting (if that’s the name of the taxonomy).

Great, thanks Mikko – I’ve got a few months to wait before launch so can try 3.0.3 and see.

    Really appreciate the reply.
