[Plugin: Relevanssi – A Better Search] PHP error notices

First, I’d like to thank you a lot for this wonderful plugin and especially for the great idea that is behind it.

But let me please make a small remark. When plugin is activated – latest free version 2.9.8 and latest WP 3.2.1 (but I suppose that the same problem would be with any version) – there are some PHP error notices:
– first about undefined $wpdb valiable in various places (it should be just declared as global somewhere at the beggining of relevanssi.php )
– second about undefined $index_type_custom on line 2927

Could you please fix this for future releases because it’s quite annoying to do it manually every time after upgrade. Thank you a lot in advance.
