[Plugin: Relevanssi – A Better Search] Category Search

    Hi,

    The features table (https://www.relevanssi.com/features/) for relevanssi, says that free version supports category search. I have enabled category indexing in relevanssi config, in a hope that when I type “Milk” in the search box, relevanssi will return all posts assigned to “Milk” category. However, the search returns an empty set. Am I doing something wrong? I have an impression that this feature worked prior to 3.0 but I may be mistaken.

    I’d appreciate a hint.

    Yes, it should work like that. Looks like you’ve found a bug in 3.0. I already know the solution, so this will be fixed in 3.0.1, which is coming soon (next week, I think).
