[Plugin: Related Posts Thumbnails] control height and mouseover?

Hi, I’m hoping the developer will see this. I’m toying with your plugin, Related Posts Thumbnails, and it seems cool. One thing I’d like to see in an update (I will attempt to hard-code these changes in the meantime) is to control the size of the boxes (presently my short titles lead to a lot of blank space below, and though I set the background color to transparent, this entire related post box also turns on the mouseover feature).

Please consider an option to shrink (or auto shrink) the height according to the height necessary to fit the thumbnail and title.

Please also consider an option to disable the mouseover altogether by making the thumbnails themselves, and/or the titles, as links to the post.
