    Hello!

I had this plugin installed a while ago. Later, I uninstalled it, and now I install it again.

All previously verified users remain verified in the user administration section. However, many of them are unable to log in because it appears to them as if they are unverified. Resending verification emails doesn’t work for them because in the admin’s eyes, they are verified.

If I manually unverify and then verify them again, their accounts work fine. However, there are too many users, and even the “Bulk” function to unverify and verify doesn’t work for so many users.

How can I resolve this issue? Thank you!

    Hello bendur,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you would like your customers to register to their accounts without verifying the account initially, you can follow these steps as a temporary solution:

    1. Go to WooCommerce settings.
    2. Navigate to the Email Verification tab.
    3. Select the General tab.
    4. Deactivate the “Block unverified login” option.

By doing this, your customers will be able to access their accounts without verification.

if you want to verify all your accounts, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to WooCommerce settings.
    2. Navigate to the Email Verification tab.
    3. Select the Admin section.
    4. Enable the options for “Verify users,” “Unverify users,” and “Users filter.”
    5. Filter out all unverified accounts and select all them.
    6. Choose the “Approve” option for those users.

You can refer to the attached screenshots for a visual guide. Additionally, you can edit more than 100 users simultaneously by adjusting the number of user accounts displayed on the first page in the “screen options”.

I hope this information is useful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.
