[Plugin: Registered Users Only 2] Not working on Safari at all (or Google Crome or Firefox)

I cannot get this plugin to work on Safari at all.
It just goes through a constant login loop.
Login, takes you to admin page. Try to view front end of the site, asks you to login.
Login, and it takes you to the admin page. Wash, repeat.
Any suggestions?
This also seems to happen on Google Crome and Firefox.
