[Plugin: Register Plus] Username doesn’t record the data

Well, I was very happy with this plugin but I’m getting an error, because when a user is registered appears in the list of unverified users but without the “user name”, and when I verify thi user this user become active in the wp user lists but with a blank username!

When is listed in the unverified list the username is something like:
Unverified___8723df3ojk

Can someone help me?!
