    Hi,

    Thanks for the great plugin.

    I’m wondering how to change the destination new users are sent to upon completion of verification to my site’s homepage, rather than their profile page.

    Is this possible?

  • Yes, the plugin is excellant but for this feature. I am sure there is a workaround and the redirect funtion of wordpress codex but donno how to use it.

    I want the new user to go home page after clicking the verification link sent by email. What to put after the Wp_login_url()

    Can anyone please help.

    A whole slew of redirect code is in development, but I can’t say when it will be done. Sorry!

    Version 3.7.2 now had some redirect code, but nit specifically for after verification. I did toy with some code, but there’s nit a lot of hooks for me to use to redirect the user, I will revisit this issue at some point.

    OK, I’ve thought about this some more. When the user clicks on the verification link in their email, currently they have to login. After they login they are sent to their profile, or dashboard (depending on your default user level). Are you looking to change that? If so, you could use Peter’s Login Redirect. Because that’s all that is really happening, they are just logging in. The verification is kind of a bump in a normal login procedure.
