[Plugin: Register Plus Redux] Cannot see the plugin work, in Arras Theme

After installing and setting the plugin there’s no way to see it works.
Simply the registration form do not appear.Is not a specific Theme problem, I’ve test the plugin on different Themes, currently I’m testing it in the Arras Theme.
Any suggestion?
