    I’ve got the Email Verification disabled but Admin Verification enabled, but I am not getting an email for Admin Verification.

    Is this a known issue?

    saury316, I think I might have resolved this in 3.6.12, looks like there was a typo loading the admin’s email address. Let me know if you are getting messages now.

    saury316, I made some changes to the email code due to another bug found with custom user messages. In the process of working that out I updated the admin message code too and tested it out. So far so good, let me know how 3.6.13 works.

    hmm… it still seems like it’s not working for me…..
    maybe i’ve not set it up correctly?
    under Register Plus Redux, i’ve got the following set up:
    Email Verification is unchecked (this is only email to the new user right?)
    Admin Verification is checked
    Admin Email Notification Disable is unchecked
    Custome Admin Email Notification is Enabled (checked)

    is there any way to output debug statements in the code so that i can check and tell you what it’s doing?

    Perhaps verify it’s pulling the email address correctly, and has the correct mail server settings?

    OK, the email address you have on your General Settings page is where it sends the admin email. You can check this at https://www.alliedasia.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

    i know that is correct. i was just trying to verify that it was correctly setting up the email in the script.

    All your settings are correct, I’ll have to add something for you to debug. Another possible check is to see if WordPress’s admin message is working. Disable Redux, register a user, and see if you get a message that way.

    hmm… i think i tested this before but will give it another shot.
    will it disabling and renabling delete all my settings and everything?

    Nope, fortunately, or unfortunately, not sure, I still haven’t written an uninstall procedure.

    ok…so you’re right… basic User Notificaiton is not being sent out…argh…any ideas?

    ok. quick update.
    1. when you deactivate and reactivate, the plugin retains all the settings. YAY!
    2. I think it’s my hosting company blocking the email. let me talk to them. should be able to resolve it quickly hopefully. will update and close out the issue asap ??
