[Plugin: Register Plus] French Localization

Hey Skullbit,

Thanks for this great plugin.

I have translated it in French, are you interested in adding it to the plugin ? If so, can you please tell me what is your email address where I can send the files to you ?

I noticed that few localization terms are missing: words displayed while a new user types its password. I do have the “Too short” term, but not other terms like “Good”; “Bad”; “Strong”.

Would it be possible to add them so that I could add them to the French localization ?
