[Plugin: Register Plus] Export User List as CSV when RegisterPlus is in use?

I would like to export my user list to a CSV file and include the extra fields that Register Plus adds. However, I don’t see a way to do that and the Users to CSV plugin must only pull from the Users table and not the additional fields from Register Plus.
