[Plugin: Register Plus] Editor is able to verify new users aswell

Hi there!
Great Plugin, it works fine! I just got one problem with it: the menu item “unverified users” is only available for the administrator (user level 10), but not for the editor (or any other user level). Is there a way to give the editor the rights to verify new users aswell? I know that it gots to do with the user-levels but I am not so much into coding, that I could handle this issue by myself.

This would be very helpful if the owner of the blog only uses the limited editor-account and is not involved in all issues of the admin-account like plugins, design or options.
So, anybody there, who could help me?
