Hey, all — I’m using Register Plus and it seems to be working like a charm.

I’m wondering about one thing. I’d like to give a custom field a name (e.g., “county”) but have the registration page display something else (e.g., “What County Do You Live In?”).

I don’t think a variable called What County Do You Live In? would work. ??

Is there a way to specify what text should display on the reg page, or maybe separate the field name from the display text?

    Thanks!

Never mind — figured it out.

The name you give the variable in the Register Plus interface is NOT necessarily the name used in the database. Spaces are converted to underscores, as is punctuation.

So while the reg page displays “What County Do You Live In?” the variable name behind the scenes is What_County_Do_You_Live_In.

Now I can do magic based on where these folks are.
