[Plugin: Register Plus] Custom Logo Not Appearing

however, I tried removing spaces in file name but having no luck. Most cases the file never even uploads to the uploads directory. I uploaded the file myself but not sure what path or filename the plugin is looking fo.

I unclicked the organize uploads box as well.
