[Plugin: Register Plus] 2.6 no update button can not change settings

just tried the new version however it has no update or save button. Can not save settings.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing.It is also not compatable with the reCAPTCHA 2.6 By Ben Maurer & Mike Crawford. For comments. get a redelcared error.
