[Plugin: Referrer Detector] improvement suggestions (JS loading, homepage, etc)

It would be great to see a generic option meant to completely disable insertion of javascripts in the front-end (when the plugin is activated only for stats purposes).
Also, everything but the generic options could be moved outside the settings panel in a separate group, in order to allow quick and easy access to authors or editors as well…
Auto displaying the welcome message only on the home/front page would be another useful feature.
