We are having an issue where this plugin seems to be reducing stock for our orders when an invoice / packing slip is generated and we need to prevent this from happening.

    Hi @cd136,

I’m sorry to hear that! However, our plugin does not run any inventory related processes, nor does it modify any of your order data, beyond the invoice data (invoice number and date, document settings, etc.)

I suspect that some other plugin, or custom code snippet, is doing what you describe. A common practice to try to find the cause, is to start by deactivating a plugin at the same time as you perform a test, repeating the previous step so many times as plugin you have installed, until you find the culprit.

    Hope it helps!

Believe me I’ve tried – The stock adjust happens only a few minutes after we bulk generate the PDF invoices and PDF Picking Lists so we are completely dumbfounded.. Our process after that is to go to the warehouse and pick orders, so no other actions occur at the time.. the plugin states compatibility with Woo Commerce Deposits (Partial Payments) and i can only wonder if there is actually a bug between the two..

It sounds like you may actually be using a different plugin. You called it “PDF invoices and PDF Picking Lists” but this plugin is “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips”.
We also do not state any compatibility with WooCommerce Deposits (Partial Payments) either. Could you share your System Status Report with us? You can find this under WooCommerce > Status, then click the “Get system report” button.
