[Plugin: Redirection] Can't add anymore redirects?

Okay, so I recently found out that my site has over 800 404 errors, and I am manually redirecting them now. However, after about 140, I can still add the redirections, and they still work, but I can no longer see them, meaning that I can’t track hits on newer redirections anymore. Help?
