[Plugin: Redirection] Bug: Unicode URLs not supported

Since WP currently doesn’t disallow unicode characters in URLs, this plugin should support them also. Please, create tables in UTF8 collation, if possible. Especially the “url” column in wp_redirection_items table. Thanks.
