Plugin Recommendation for Repair Claims

Hello, I am looking for a plugin that might be repurposed to allow for jobs to be claimed and approved by customers. My proposed user flow is as follows:
– Customer creates job,
– Job is added to job pool,
– Service vendor selects job (requesting to be considered),
– Customer is shown service vendors who are interested in the job – can see ratings from previous customers, etc.,
– Customer can click on vendor and select them for their repair,
– Job is added to project management plugin.

I am currently approaching the problem by using ACF to create a custom post type “jobs,” which customers can create by using a form. This form adds tags to the custom post to put the job in the correct category. I am thinking that the job will then be added to WooCommerce as a ‘free product,’ which service vendors may ‘bid’ on – enabling multiple vendors to bid and only one to be selected. When a vendor is selected I am thinking that a form will add the project to a project management plugin to allow for customers to see their progress.

If this sparks any ideas in anyones heads I would love to hear about it. Does this sound feasible? Is there another way to do this? I would love to hear about it.
