Plugin Recommendation for a front end record lookup

  • Hello,
    I need a plugin or good way to allow users to put in an ID code on my website and see a record in a spreadsheet showing the number of points they have earned. The ID code and points associated with the ID would be on an Excel and could be uploaded directly or manually updated. Does anyone know of a good plugin for this type of application? Thank you.
