[Plugin: Really simple Facebook Twitter share buttons] Can't Uninstall Plugin

Using 2010 Weaver Theme with WP 3.4.1
I installed this plugin and when I unistalled it, the plugin was removed from the list of plugins but the plugin is actually still installed on my site under the Settings tab.
How can I remove it completely?
