[Plugin: Really Simple CAPTCHA] wp updates

This has happened on two sites now only with your plugin when doing recent updates. Your plugin doesn’t seem to download and so it gets removed when updating. Re-installing works, but it creates the tmp folder issue I raised earlier.
Might be related to the same issues I had with our plugin:
