[Plugin: Ready! Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Missing products when using category short code

I am trying to view all products using the category shortcode and different category names for the different ones I created. I added products and classified them under their respective category. When trying to see them with the short-code I am only able to see one product. (note I also reset permalinks as suggested in a different FAQ-post)

[category alias=”categoryName”]

I even used the shownum variable also but it didn’t work – any suggestions?
