    Hello,

Love this plugin so far. One quesiton, I have different quantities per items. Is there a way to change the number of quantity per option selected. For example, if I have 10 large shirts and only 5 medium shirts, can I setup the plugin to automatically update the quantity like it does the price? This would allow me to make one product with all the sizes. Currently I am having to make a product for each size so I don’t accidentally oversell one size. Make sense! Thanks for your advice / help.

I’ve been searching all over but can’t seem do what I’m needing to do.

I have a few products that have gone on sale, and would like to display the regular price next to the sale price.

What’s the best way to do that to enter a sale price?

    Hello.
Do you have our addon that allow you to create sale products https://readyshoppingcart.com/product/special-products-gifts-coupons-pack/ ? If so – it have option for every special price that you create – “Show Old Prices”

    Alexey.

Thanks… I don’t have that addon. I’ll check it out.

Thanks for the addon advice, that was exactly what I was looking for.

Now, the last issue that I’m having, if you add-to-cart more item than are available while on a page that has variations, the page is redirected to a 404 page.

Do you know what might be cause this?

you can try it on this page… choose an option from the dropdown, then a quantity more than the available quantity.

    Thanks,

Were you able to figure out how to adjust the quantity of your items based on the size? I am trying to figure that out still and am having trouble. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Hello.
    Try to use variations https://docs.readyshoppingcart.com/product-variations/

    Regards,
    Alexey.

    I have a question,

When someone adds a product to the cart, then begins the checkout process, the information about this potential sale goes into the created section of the Orders area in the backend.

However, no matter what a customer does after that, it doesn’t move it into the pending or paid area.

    Is there something I’m missing?

    Thanks,
    Rob

Also, is there a way to view EVERY item and it’s quantity… like an Overview?

Right now I’m using variations, and I can’t see any information within that variation without clicking the item, then selecting that variation.

And possibly a way to export the data into excel or csv to view all products that way and keep track of it.

    Hello.
    1. “However, no matter what a customer does after that, it doesn’t move it into the pending or paid area.” – it also can be canselled (if payment gateway refused payments) or just created – if customer didn’t finish order.

    2. “Also, is there a way to view EVERY item and it’s quantity… like an Overview?” – what do you mean? View where?

    Regards,
    Alexey.

For the first one, we have customers completing the process and making the payment through the eprosessing network payment gateway. We’re getting an email from the gateway informing us that the purchase has indeed been completed, but when I go into our backend, orders are only located in the “All” tab and the “Created” tab. I then have to cross reference the email to figure out which orders were completed and which orders were abandoned.

Is there a way to ensure everything moves through the process as the customer is going through it?

Second, When I click on the “Products” menu, I am able to view the different products, their quantities, price, and so on. However, if a product has multiple variations, those variations do not show up within this area. I need to be able to find out quickly what items are out of stock. I would like to be able to view all items and their variations in one location without having to continue to click on items and drill down.

Thirdly, is there a way to export the information from my store so that I can view it in excel, keep a backup, and sort between what I have versus what people have been buying?

    Thanks,
    Rob

    1. Customer should return from payment gateway to complete order in store
    2. Do you mean add qty to products list in admin area?
    3. We have this addon https://readyshoppingcart.com/product/users-and-orders-export-extension/

    Regards,
    Alexey.
