There is one thing I’d love to be able to ad / change…

How difficult would it be to change the link text dynamically depending on whether the article is expanded or not… Would that be possible?

I got into the PHP for the theme and changed “Read the rest of this entry” to “More…” but is there a way I could have it check to see if it was expanded or not, and show “Less…” if it was?

Would it be possible to move the link to the bottom of the post, or duplicate it there, if the post was expanded?

In any case, thanks for making and sharing the plug-in ??

There currently is no way to do that via the plugin, though it is something that has been requested a bunch.

I’m really trying to keep this plugin simple in the sense that there are no database saved options (so that, when deleted, there’s no clutter left behind). So any ‘options’ of that sort would most likely have to be handled in the code itself. But I’ll think about this some more and update this thread if anything changes.

    Hi again,

Just wondering if you were able to test out the changes I made with version 1.1.3 (released April 18). There is basic ‘in code’ settings you can use to both change the text (from ‘more’ to ‘less’) and duplicates the ‘less’ link to the bottom of the content.

I just saw this… I’ll test it out and have a look.

    Thanks ??
