[Plugin: Read More Right Here] change css on click

Hello,

When using the Read More Right Here plugin, can anyone suggest how to action/change a css class when the Read More Right Here link is clicked.

I have a list of posts, and would like to emphasise the one(s) which is(are) open, perhaps by adding a css border.

I appreciate this is not directly a plugin support question – but I’d be grateful for any help/ pointers.
