[plugin: Rate]Not working

For whatever reason, it’s not working. I have a ton of other plugins that miraculously work with each other so far: W3 Total Cache, Front End Editor, Relevansi, Sociable, Front End Editor, Mobile Pack, Admin Bar, and Flexible Lightbox. I disabled WT3TC but that didn’t seem to work.
