[Plugin: Random / Rotating Ads V2] Ad Image not showing up in Plugin area

I have been using Datafeedr Random Ads V2 sucessfully, but have come across a problem recently. I run several different ad groups throughout my site and recently when I upload an advert (300 x 250) the plugin displays a blank image for that advert and any adverts I add after that. I have read the documentation and I cant see a limit on the number of adverts that are supported, am I missing something?
If I put the image url into the address bar it shows up fine and it exists, so I don’t understand why some ads just don’t show up in the plugin display area and I can’t seem to find them in rotation on my website.
If anyone can please help with this or know of a fix or what is causing this to happen, please let me know.
