[Plugin: Quick Post Widget] Quick Post Widget slow?

Hi! I just installed P3 Plugin Profiler to profile a bit my wordpress site. It appears that Quick Post widget is taking a lot of time ie. more then half of the total load time, it looks a bit huge.
Any hint ?
