    Hello,
    please try on my demo page https://www.techytalk.info/wordpress-plugins/quick-chat/ If it works there then problem is not that Quick Chat isn’t working in Chrome or IE. It’s just that it isn’t working with your web site environment (plugins + theme).You have the source code and it shouldn’t be hard to debug using Firebug and see what’s wrong. I can do this for you but you’ll have to drop something in my PayPal tip jar. If it doesn’t work with Chrome and IE on my demo page then it is a bug and I’ll take a closer look but I test with all browsers on clean WP install before release so that shouldn’t be the case.
