[Plugin: Quick Cache ( A WP Super Cache Alternative )] Quick Cache not working on Posts

Quick Cache is really fast on my pages, but does not appear on any posts. Most posts use the wp-include file plugin so that the content is not stored in the database but in a php file which is “included” in the post, so I removed that for this page – https://ibooknewzealand.com/2010/tss-earnslaw-heritage-cruise/ however there is no Quick Cache comment/speed report at the bottom of the “view source” text. I’d really appreciate it if you’d have any suggestions…
