    1. Is it ok to use Cloudflare with this plugin?
    2. I use SiteGround hosting and they have the SG Optimizer what is the difference form your plugin?
    3. The CDN Settings in your plugin I use Cloudflare should I add the CDN url if so where do I find this so I can add in?
