[Plugin: Query Posts] Insert "read more" when listing only post titles?

I’m using QP to show the most recent News (category) items in a list of the titles only. I’d like to add a “read more” or “All News” link under the list that points to the News category archive page.
Does anyone have a suggestion regarding how such a link might be inserted below the post title list?
