[Plugin: qTranslate] Upgrading WordPress has broken plugin

  • Hi, I have just upgraded to WordPress 3.02 and the qTranslate plugin no longer works, I still have the translated text available with the modified url but I can no longer input the different laguages, I try to do one and it changes both.

    I also get this message when editing a page:

    ‘The qTranslate Editor has disabled itself because it hasn’t been tested with your WordPress version yet. This is done to prevent WordPress from malfunctioning. You can reenable it by clicking here (may cause data loss! Use at own risk!). To remove this message permanently, please update qTranslate to the corresponding version.’

    I was about to hand over this site to the client and although I maybe shouldnt have upgraded I have never had a problem with upgrading WordPress.

    En effet j’ai fait la même erreur que toi : la mise à jour de WP … et au final plus rien ne fonctionne.

    Rien de grave en fait : efface les nouveaux dossiers créés par WP 3.0.2 “wp-admin” et “wp-includes” et réinstalle ceux de la version 3.0.1 et tout rentrera dans l’ordre.

    Il faut laisser un peu de temps au concepteur de qTranslate pour qu’il fasse une mise à jour.

    Je profite de cette réponse pour remercier Quian Qin pour cet excellent plugin et tout son travail. Encore MERCI.
