[Plugin: qTranslate] network-wide activation?

  • Hi,

    Testing various multi-lingual plugins on WP 3.0 nightly build, I am wondering how qTranslate will function when the MULTISITE flag is on to allow the WP codebase to be used for multiple sites.

    Anyone any experience in that field yet?

    I have used qTranslate on WPMU 2.9.2 before (worked fine but only with the right settings) but never activated Site-wide. Now in 3.0 (where regular WP and WPMU are merged) I, as the Super Admin, would like to see a possibility to determine what the default settings are for each blog that will be created on the system…

    Hope I explained that clear enough ??

  • It’ll work the same way it did in MU.

    sitewide activation in mu is exactly the same as network activation in 3.0.

    the point of 3.0 was to just do the merge part, not change a bunch of functionality.

    So. Click the button, see what happens.
