[Plugin: Q and A – FAQ Plugin] Q&A plugin duplicate title tags

I’m having a problem in Google Webmaster Tools since installing the Q&A plugin.

I now have duplicate ‘title tags’ and ‘duplicate meta descriptions’ for all my questions and answers.

I am using ‘all in one seo pack’ for my seo.

I also get 2 errors for meta descriptions being too short:

Pages with short meta descriptions Pages
A. We are in Beverley, East Yorkshire. ?/?qa_faqs=q-where-in-the-uk-are-you-based?
A. We are in Beverley, East Yorkshire. ?/faq/q-where-in-the-uk-are-you-based?
