[Plugin: Q and A – FAQ Plugin] permalink not working

Hi there,
Which version of the plugin are you using? I actually abandoned pretty permalinks for FAQs in v. 0.2, I think, because I just couldn’t get permalinks for custom post types working with every user & theme. So the links should actually be formatted more like:

https://www.your-web-guys.com/?qa_faqs=what-is-google-analytics

That’s the only way I could get it reliably working for everyone… so double check that you’ve got the latest version and reset your permalinks one more time and see if that does the trick.

I’ve just installed the FAQ module, and can’t get the links to work.

No error message – nothing.

This is what I installed via the Dashboard:

You’re using Q and A v. 0.2.1 by Raygun.

I’ve reset the permalinks to :

/%category%/%postname%.html

I’ve tested in latest versions of both Firefox and Chrome for Mac.

Any suggestions?

You’re problem is not permalink related. (The links to your FAQs are working, but the javascript is not: https://article-smarticle.com/faq/how-do-i-add-a-photo-to-my-article/?qa_faqs=how-do-i-add-a-photo-to-my-article )
